The Category feature helps organize all your tickets. Your bot assigns your predefined categories to each request so your team can find, prioritize, and resolve issues faster.
Note
The default category is the category assigned when a ticket is first created, and the bot user cannot see it. If the bot user doesn't select any category, this default will be used.

Creating a Category
Note
You can create up to 6 categories (including the default, a total of 7). To delete any category later, simply click the Reset Category button.
- To create or edit the Category #X, send your text as a reply to the message below, then click Continue.
- Below, you can see your active categories.

Perspectives
After setting up the categories, here's how they appear from both the bot user's and group perspective.
