Transcripts

The Transcripts feature automatically records all conversations and user information from the ticket, then sends it to your group or to you as the subscription owner.
Note
Transcripts store only text messages, emojis, links, locations, venues, and contact information. Before closing your ticket, you need to manually save any other important messages in the ticket, such as files, videos, photos, voice messages, etc.
From the menu below, you can choose either Group or Owner. In this example, we will use the Group option.
Warning
If you have chosen the Owner option, make sure to start your bot at least once before using the /close command. Otherwise, the bot won't be able to initiate a conversation with the owner.

/closecommand, your bot will send the ticket transcript to the General topic in your group:
