Transcripts

The Transcripts feature automatically records all conversations and user information from the ticket, then sends it to your group or to you as the subscription owner.
Note
Transcripts store only text messages, emojis, links, locations, venues, and contact information. Before closing and deleting your ticket, you need to manually save any other messages in the ticket, such as files, videos, photos, voice messages, etc.
From the menu below, you can choose either Group or Owner.
- Once you have closed the existing ticket using the
/closecommand:
- Your bot will automatically send the ticket transcript to the General topic in your group:
